2.2 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or payment method), update your account profile immediately or contact support. jita 365 will not be responsible for delays in withdrawals caused by outdated or incorrect information.

At the time of registration you must declare that you are 21 or older. jita 365 may at any time request a government-issued ID (National ID card or passport) for identity verification. If you do not respond to a verification request, your account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 KYC Process

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,500 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Attempting to claim a promotion more than once may result in action being taken against the account.
• A bonus may only be used in the games or sections specified in its terms.

5.3 Promotion Changes

jita 365 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. The terms of a bonus already claimed will not change, but updated terms will apply to new claims.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If there are active bonuses and the wagering requirements have not been met, those bonuses will be cancelled.
